Terms of Service

1. Description of service

Glow helps businesses collect customer reviews, generate AI-drafted replies to reviews, and track review analytics across supported platforms such as Google, with more platforms added over time.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial period as described on our pricing page. We may change or end free trial offers at any time. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan or requires a paid subscription to continue using full features, as described on our pricing page.

4. Subscription plans, fees, and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes will not apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may apply a grace period before restricting access, as described in-app.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or misleading messages to customers, to post, request, or incentivize fake or fraudulent reviews, to attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, or to use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform policy, including Google's and Meta's review and messaging policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Customer content and AI-generated replies

“Customer Content” means reviews, business information, and other content you submit or that is collected through the Service. You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated replies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-drafted reply before it is posted publicly, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business. We are not responsible for the content of replies you choose to post.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, such as the Google Business Profile API and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by these third parties that may affect the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Glow PVT limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will increase your review count, ratings, or revenue, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow PVT limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glow PVT limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise described in this document. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9–12) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
